Toe Stiffer Coupling Machine
APPLICATION
This machine is primarily used for binding vamp leather with a sheeting tip. The sheeting tip material can be attached to the vamp either by pre-spraying thermoplastic glue or by pre-spraying glue on standard materials, followed by an internal glue coating before binding with the vamp.
FEATURES
This machine utilizes pneumatic drive and employs upper and lower molds to bind the vamp leather with the sheeting tip. The binding process occurs after the interior is coated with glue, ensuring that the vamp leather and sheeting tip are securely bound together as a unified part.
Arc-shaped design: The arc-shaped upper and lower molds facilitate smoother processing. The upper mold is equipped with a heating device that melts the pre-coated glue, ensuring the vamp becomes firmer after pressing.
Adjustable settings: Both the pressing time and temperature can be adjusted based on the material requirements, offering flexibility in processing.
Precision alignment: Under the lower mold, a small pole ensures that the sheeting tip is accurately aligned with the vamp, enabling precise placement before the upper mold presses it. This design guarantees the correct positioning of the sheeting tip on the vamp.
