The machine features a first- and second-door-changing device, saving time when changing shoe shapes. The second door utilizes a linear resistance ruler with memory control, allowing for angle and sway adjustment based on the shoe toe shape, as well as position memory.
The dual-disc design allows for inward/outward movement of the left and right discs when changing the middle disc, resulting in faster and more efficient operation.
The left and right discs can be set to automatically sway the left and right feet, with manual switching functionality for added convenience and efficiency.
One-button control of the upper's up-and-down movement allows for precise adjustment to achieve the perfect upper binding position for different shoe shapes.
A five-point tensioner further enhances the shoe binding effect. The machine also features a scanning and brush stroke parameter memory system, accurately remembering the binding stroke for different shoe shapes.
