DESCRIPTION
1. Unique appearance design. The oven can move freely according to different shoes, and the process is variable.
2. Infrared ray irradiation - makes the glue penetrate into the upper and outsole, making the bonding effect more firm and even.
3. Fast heating - the oven rises from normal temperature to a working temperature of 65 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes.
4. Double-layer design - can separate the temperature of the tree and bottom.
5. Constant temperature and hot air convection design - make the temperature in the oven even without temperature difference.
6. Fast conveyor belt - quickly transfer the shoes on the bottom to the bottom operator before cooling them.
7. Stick the ground insulation box - keep a certain temperature across before sticking the bottom to ensure the best fitting effect.
8. The temperature controller adopts P.I.D. temperature control to precisely control the temperature of the oven and then make the big bottom tree glue dry more stable.
9. Energy-saving design - oven control S.C.R. (thyristor power controller) control. When the temperature reaches a constant, the operating power is reduced by 65%.
10. The conveyor belt adopts microcomputer frequency conversion control, which can precisely control rotating speed and achieve the purpose of energy saving and low noise.
