The pressure system features a specially designed bias swing, high-low adjustment, and self-balancing oil linkage, making shoe handling easier, ensuring smooth surfaces, preventing damage, and enhancing efficiency and quality. The design also facilitates convenient placement and removal of lasts.

The side-attaching system is fully hydraulically controlled. Sixteen rubber-foam pressing units conform to the shoe shape, each controlled by an independent cylinder with a pressure range of 250-300 kg. Two sets of pressing units, located at the front and rear, ensure optimal side attachment performance.

This machine accommodates shoe lasts ranging from 130mm to 400mm in length, including press molds, with a width below 150mm, a height below 200mm, and walled outsoles between 65mm and 80mm. It is ideal for jogging shoes, walled sports shoes, and casual footwear.

Various toe pressing attachments are available to suit different toe structures in cup-sole jogging shoes and tennis shoes, accommodating sizes from children's to adult footwear.
