Operation Instructions

1. Power Supply
   The machine uses AC220V ±15% single-phasepower.

2. Add Water
   Before use, add distilled water or antifreeze to the machine.

3. Turn On
   Switch on the power using the main power button.

4. Set Heating Time
   Use the “+” or “–” buttons to set the desired heating time.

5. Place the Product
   Put the item that needs heating on the heating column's surface.

6. Start Operation
   Press the “Start” button to begin the countdown.

7. Remove Product
   After the countdown ends, take out the product.

8. Remove Nails
   Use a staple remover to lift and remove the nails.

9. How It Works
   The machine uses instant high-current heating to warm the nail quickly, softening the connection between the nail and plastic heel.

10. Efficient Nail Removal
    Aspecial clamp then pulls out the nail quickly and precisely, making the process safe and efficient.
