DESCRIPTION
This molding machine is suitable for bonding various composite OUTSOLES, as well as for bonding the OUTSOLES and UPPERS of shoes such as CASUAL shoes, SPORTS shoes, CLIMBING shoes, HIKING shoes, and SOCCER shoes.
Hydraulic oil is injected into the cylinder, utilizing pressure to compress and stretch the rubber sheet, achieving omnidirectional compression and resulting in a tight, perfect fit. The shoes are placed inside an ergonomically designed elliptical hydraulic cylinder for molding.
This molding machine uses omnidirectional pressure on the rubber sheet, enabling it to perform processes that wall-mounted presses cannot, such as perfectly bonding sidewalls or side strips on the sides or back of shoes.
