DESCRIPTION
The conveyor system features a two-layer design, with the sole on top and the upper on the bottom. The oven temperature can be independently controlled and set according to the material, resulting in rapid and efficient heating—reducing heating time to one-third that of traditional electric ovens, significantly saving space and energy.
It utilizes imported low-glare, near-infrared (NIR) lamps, ensuring uniform heating of the adhesive layer both internally and externally. Combined with a hot air circulation system, it achieves rapid and stable drying and activation of the adhesive.
The oven and adhesive application area are equipped with suction and exhaust devices to effectively remove exhaust gases, ensuring employee health and meeting environmental protection requirements.
A three-colour warning light (red, yellow, and green) and a wire breakage detection system clearly display the machine's operating, maintenance, and production status, ensuring high safety. A high-precision SCR analog 4-20 mA constant temperature control system allows for precise control of temperature and infrared light intensity. An insulated oven is provided for the sole application, maintaining better dynamics of the adhesive molecules on the shoe surface for superior sole application results.
