This advanced molding machine is designed for precision shaping of the back part of footwear, including sandals, moccasins, and similar styles. With fast mold change capability and independently controlled pincers, it offers enhanced flexibility and efficiency in production.

1. LED Positioning Light
   The integrated LED projector ensures precise alignment of the shoe’s back part for accurate molding.

2. Independent Pincer Control
   The inside and outside waist pincers, as well as the oblique-pulling pincers, are independently controlled in both hot and cold stations—allowing easy and quick adjustments to suit various shoe styles.

3. Rotatable Cold Mold with Wipe Device
   The cold mold features a 180° rotatable wipe device, ideal for molding the back parts of sandals, moccasins, and similar footwear.

4. Quick Mold Change System
   Both hot and cold molds can be changed quickly. Equipped with a dedicated fixing device for the back part of each mold, ensuring stability during replacement—especially suitable for sandals.

5. Airbag-Assisted Cold Mold
   The exterior of the cold rubber mold includes an airbag system to guarantee optimal cold molding results and improved fit.

6. High-Performance Temperature Control

   • Hot Mold: Made with silicone material, capable of reaching temperatures up to 180°C.

   • Cold Mold: Can cool down to -10°C.
     This temperature range ensures the vamp conforms tightly to the last, resulting in superior molding quality.

7. Enhanced Productivity
   The innovative design includes four hot and four cold molds, doubling output compared to traditional models—significantly improving efficiency and workflow.
