After a high-precision camera images the entire material once, the laser processing machine can automatically locate and process the object's outline or perform cutting based on the graphic feature points. It supports real-time modifications during processing and is not limited by the type of graphic. Particularly noteworthy is the automated laser equipment equipped with a full-area recognition system, which can utilize internet technology to become a centralized control center, thereby realizing an unmanned laser processing workshop.

We employ a high-definition camera with an effective pixel count of up to 24.1 megapixels, achieving high-precision imaging (higher pixel count means more accurate imaging).

The effective working area is several times that of previous laser equipment while maintaining the same precision.

The ultra-large image size solves the problems of errors and image quality degradation caused by image stitching.

Positioning cutting is suitable for multi-template cutting.

Tracking cutting can solve problems such as material deformation and stretching, saving raw materials.

Both template cutting and tracking cutting can achieve continuous feed cutting; a template can be cut one by one by identifying it.

All object contours detected by the camera can be displayed in the corresponding image, facilitating intuitive determination of precision.

This laser equipment has better human-computer interaction; for an object contour detected in one go, local or overall modifications can be made before processing.
