DESCRIPTION
- This production line is composed of a vertical screen printing machine, an automatic material pickup unit, and a UV curing machine, forming a three-quarter automatic screen printing line with manual feeding and automatic unloading.
- Once the printing head completes its operation and lifts, the mechanical arm of the unloader automatically extends between the printing head and the platform, suction-grabs the finished print from the platform, and transfers it to the next process (such as drying, curing, or stacking).
- This setup reduces manual labor while improving the efficiency of semi-automatic screen printing machines. It is suitable for screen printing on soft materials such as Oxford fabric and similar products.
