The machine adopts internationally advanced DSP control technology and is the first in the industry to achieve continuous high-speed curve cutting and minimum processing path optimization functions, significantly improving work efficiency.
Automatic compensation for light attenuation during operation ensures consistent cutting results in different areas; the rapid cutting design and high-speed motion buffer function of the control software further enhance work efficiency.
The machine employs a separate upper and lower dust collection system. The lower dust collection unit is located below the platform worktable, creating negative pressure to ensure the processed material is fixed on the worktable; the upper dust collection unit moves with the cutting head, sucking away dust and smoke generated during cutting, ultimately ensuring a clean material surface and high processing precision.
It can achieve the most accurate and intuitive positioning of patterns through projection, and the color of the projected lines can be adjusted according to the product color, thus facilitating worker operation and improving work efficiency.
For example, a worker can cut approximately 600 pairs of shoes manually in 10 hours a day, while a projection-positioning laser cutting machine can cut about 1000-1200 pairs of shoes per day. It also saves on various costs, such as electricity, labor, and equipment. With projection-positioning cutting, workers only need to operate the computer when changing materials of different sizes; there's no need to change pattern films and paper, thus saving on consumable costs. Laser cutting machines are detachable, so they don't occupy much space; both single-head and double-head models are available, allowing customers to choose the type of machine that best suits their need.
