Purpose:
This machine is designed for processing leather products such as waterproof shoes (boots, heels), handbags, and other items made from materials like PVC, PU, natural leather, synthetic leather, and fabrics.

1. Utilizes tape with hot melt adhesive, eliminating the need for separate glue applications. The machine automatically cuts the tape and precisely controls its length using an infrared length-setting system.
2. The rapid heating system reaches approximately 500°C within one minute, enabling swift tape pressing for increased efficiency and reduced labor effort.
3. Ensures finished products are flat and uniform, featuring an automatic flattening function that enhances smoothness and minimizes the need for additional flattening steps.
4. Integrated PLC controller allows for customization, meeting diverse production needs. The fully automated, computer-controlled system ensures ease of operation, stable performance, and a low failure rate.
5. Equipped with a step-drive speed control system, providing smooth acceleration and deceleration for optimal performance.
