This machine is suitable for edge-folding operations on leather products such as shoes, bags, phone cases, and more. It works with a variety of materials, including PVC, PU, genuine leather, synthetic leather, and fabrics.

1. Smart Chip Control System

   • Equipped with an intelligent computer chip for controlling edge-folding operations.

   • Functions can be preset and monitored through a control panel display.

   • Includes automatic gluing and servo motor positioning to ensure uniform, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing folding.

   • Can also fold reinforcing tape into the edge.

2. Advanced Motion Control

   • Integrated with a computer chip circuit system and stepper motor control for dynamic inner curve, straight line, and outer curve edge-folding adjustments.

   • Pulling distance for inner curve, straight, and outer curve folding can be individually adjusted within a range of 1–15 mm.

3. Dual-Protection Glue System

   • Features a dual protection glue system (reverse glue flow and glue replenishment).

   • Automatic glue suction ensures clean application with no glue stringing or dripping.
